Natia Kesanishvili specializes in pediatric and adult ophthalmology and serves pediatric patients at M. Iashvili Children’s Central Hospital.
She graduated from Tbilisi State Medical University and continued her residency studies at TSMU in ophthalmology. Since 2013, she has been actively involved in professional development courses and training programs. She participates almost annually in the International Orthoptic Congress (TIOC). She has also attended training sessions of the European Pediatric Ophthalmology Society (EPOS) several times in Germany, Latvia, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
Natia Kesanishvili has enhanced her qualifications in leading countries. Among others, she attended the World Society of Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus Congress in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Her first professional steps are connected to Iashvili Children’s Clinic, where she worked as an ophthalmologist assistant from 2011-2015 while studying. Since 2015, she has been working as a physician-ophthalmologist.
