Nino Totogashvili MD, Assistant Professor

Dr. Nino Totogashvili is an Assistant Professor at David Tvildiani Medical University. She holds state certificates in Hematology, Oncology, and Transfusiology. She received her Doctor of Medicine status from the University of Freiburg.

She completed a two-year clinical internship at the Oncohematology Center of Freiburg University Hospital, focusing on hematology, oncology, and stem cell transplantation. She periodically undergoes internships of varying durations in American and German clinics.

Nino Totogashvili is the national coordinator of the ALL-IC-BFM treatment protocol for acute lymphoid leukemia in Georgia and participates in the annual conferences and working meetings of this group. In 2017, she was awarded the title of Ambassador from Georgia by the Society of Hematologic Oncology (SOHO).

Nino Totogashvili is an expert in pediatric oncohematology for the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of Georgia. She is also the President of the Georgian Association of Pediatric Hematologists and Oncohematologists and an active member of the International Society of Paediatric Oncology (SIOP).
