Tamar Ebanoidze MD, Full Prof

Tamar Ebanoidze, dermatologist at Iashvili Children’s Clinic, is a Full Professor at European University and an Associate Professor at Caucasus International University and Tbilisi Humanitarian Teaching University. She has nearly 40 years of experience in the medical field.

She graduated from Tbilisi State Medical Institute and continued her postgraduate studies in dermatovenerology at the Academy of Physician Advancement. She enhanced her qualifications at Saint-André Hospital in Bordeaux, France. She holds a diploma in dermatovenerology from Victor Segalen Bordeaux 2 International University. She is:

  • A member of the Georgian Association of Dermatovenerologists;
  • A member of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology;
  • President of the Georgian Association of Psychodermatology;
  • A member of the Georgian Association of Mycologists;
  • A member of the Euro-Asian Association of Dermatovenerologists;
  • A member of the Georgian Association of Photodermatology and Skin Cancer;

Tamar Ebanoidze is the author and co-author of 36 scientific papers. She is credited with creating the national guideline for the treatment of urticaria. She is also a member of the editorial board of the Great Family Medical Encyclopedia (author of the dermatovenerology section). It’s noteworthy that Tamar Ebanoidze is actively engaged in academic activities as well. She is an instructor for the alternative postgraduate educational program module (dermatovenerology) at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Georgia.
