Iashvili Children&#8217;s Central Hospital with symptoms of increased intracranial pressure. Magnetic resonance imaging revealed a large tumor in the brain&#8217;s fourth ventricle near the brain stem, with occlusive hydrocephalus. <br\/>Despite the patient&#8217;s young age, risks of bleeding, and the large size of the tumor, doctors decided to perform complex neurosurgery to save the infant&#8217;s life. Neurosurgeons successfully removed the tumor. The post-operative period was also satisfactory. The patient has already been discharged home.
